Letter V

Letter V for this past week- Baylor started off with tracing the uppercase and lowercase letter V.
Her craft for the first day was a vase out of the letter V. She cut out the letter V, glued it on, and then drew the flowers in her vase.
Tuesday we did volcanos- we watched a YouTube video about volcanos and then she drew her own.
Then we made our own volcano with baking soda, vinegar, and food coloring.
Wednesday was a little bit of a busy day getting things done around the house and we did some errands in the morning. I wasn't going to do preschool but Baylor asked when we were doing preschool. I was going to say that we would miss the day but I knew it would be quick an simple and she always likes this focused one on one time. She created a Valentine for Dad. She wrote I Love You Dad on the top and then drew the cutest hearts and then decorated it with stickers.
Then Thursday was our last day this week since we went out to the ocean on Friday. Our focus for this last V day was vine. We talked about what a vine is and showed her the grape vine growing in our garden.
Then she created her own vine by drawing and cutting out the leaves. She then drew her vine and glued the leaves on. Paige was my co-teacher and photographer for the day since McCall wanted to be held.
