Cute Girl

Nate and I love being parents and love our little Paige! She is so adorable and so sweet. We feel so blessed for this little angel in our lives. We have enjoyed taking lots of pictures and cuddling with her as much as we want.

We introduced Paige to a binky a few days ago and she loves it. She had some jaundice when we left the hospital so we let her lay in the sunshine and absorb the warmth. She really enjoys soaking up the sun.Though she didn't like it when the sun decided to hide behind the clouds.

Overdue

Yes I am still pregnant! One week overdue to be exact. This hopefully is the week that Nate and I will finally be able to hold and see our little girl. Yesterday I walked around the yard for awhile hoping to get something started but she seems quite content chilling inside me. We borrowed Anna and Scott's camera for when we have the baby and yesterday and today we had a mini photo shoot. Nate was practicing with camera when I was walking around and then Nate wanted some pictures of his beard and long hair. Then of course I had to have some shots of my very large belly. We must be getting bored or something but enjoy our mini photo shoot.

Look Alikes

Baby Update: I went to the doctor yesterday and nothing has changed. I have another appointment next Wednesday for an ultrasound and a type of stress test to make sure the baby is all good. I will also be scheduled to be induced at the end of next week but I am really praying that our baby decides to make her appearance before then!

40 weeks and Still Waiting

I thought maybe this past week Baby Smith would make her appearance so I had Nate do my toenails so that they would look good when I was at the hospital. We also got the car seat in the car so it is ready for our little one's first ride. The week went by and nothing exciting happened. I get uncomfortable at night but no contractions and at my doctor's appointment he said that not much was going on either. There are times when I feel like I will be pregnant forever even though I know that is impossible. Nate and I are ready for this little one to come out so we can see her and hold her.

40 weeks- Maybe this week will be the week that our little girl decides to come! Keeping my fingers crossed!
