After a little over a month off, we got back into doing preschool. When I told Baylor that we would be doing preschool again, she was so happy. We started where we left off and did the letter U.
Monday she started off with tracing the uppercase and lowercase U.
Then for her craft, she made an umbrella out of a paper plate, decorated it with some sequins, and then twisted 2 pipe cleaners together for the handle.
Tuesday our focus was the word underground. Her craft was coloring and cutting out some bugs and made an underground scene on her paper.
Then Paige helped out and hid some plastic bugs in some sand and then Baylor had to find them using a spoon, some tweezers, and a little magnifying glass.
Wednesday we all did am art project together and watched a preschool YouTube video on how to draw a unicorn.
Then we read all the unicorn books that we own.
Thursday our focus was on the word underwater. She colored and cut out some underwater animals and drew waves all over blue paper before gluing them on.
I don't have any plastic underwater animals and so I put some orbeez in some water and then had her pretend they were fish to catch with her net.
Just a few more weeks and we will have completed the alphabet!
