Our Letter L Week
First day was tracing the uppercase and lowercase L
Then for her craft for the first day it was doing a laundry craft. I cut out some of the clothes, but I had her cut out the towel and the poles for the laundry and then she drew the laundry line.
Then next day she did a lamp coloring page.
Then we did Lego math. I got out some Legos and would have her count how many of a certain color and would have two groups and ask how many there were all together. She did really good and is great at figuring out simple addition problems.
On Wednesday we waited until Paige was done with school and did a lot of fun L things with her. First they wrote with lemon juice and then once it is all dry you can read it with a flashlight.
Then we did a lemon volcano. They put some drops of food coloring on the lemon and then with spoons put baking soda on the lemon. They got to watch it bubble up and have this colorful explosion coming out of the lemon.
Then they set up a lemonade store- they opted for lots of different options and had fun selling to mom and dad and then to each other.
Our last day she did a ladybug craft and it turned out so cute!
And to end that day we read this book. It was a fun week!
