Last week on Tuesday Paige graduated from preschool.The preschool at Covington Elementary is a peer model and Paige got to be one of the peer models and loved every minute of it. She loves school and is now so prepared for kindergarten. She loved being with friends and I know it helped her socially and to get out of her shell a little more. She knew quite a bit before going but now she knows how to write both lower and uppercase letters (she only knew uppercase before preschool) and is much more steady in her penmanship. She is also now reading which is so incredible. She is one smart little girl and I love watching her learn and excel.
The graduation was so cute to watch. They sang a few group songs to everyone and it was so fun to watch.
Then each of them graduates got to walk across the podium and receive their diploma.
Paige loved her preschool teacher, Ms. Holmberg. She is such an awesome teacher and pushed Paige and even gave me suggestions of how to help her best prepare for kindergarten. She told me that Paige was the perfect peer model and if I have anymore then send them her way. :)
