March has been an unusual month when it comes to the weather and I am SO ready for warmer weather but overall it has been a good month and we are ending it on a high note with Paige's birthday and visitors from Idaho.
The beginning of the month we dealt with some sickness. It went through all the girls and thank goodness Nate and I didn't catch it. This has been the first time Paige has been sick in about a year which is quite impressive. Since she had a sick day at home with McCall, they made some slime together.
I went bowling with some ladies from the ward and we had so much fun.
We did have a few sunny days at the beginning of the month before the rain and snow decided to show up so McCall and I had a few days at the park. And another afternoon, she fell asleep when we picked up Paige from school and stayed asleep when we came inside and I enjoyed rocking her for a bit until I had to go pick up Baylor from school.
Baylor had class picture day and Paige put her hair in overnight heatless curlers and the curls turned out amazing!
Oh the faces of miss Baylor! She sure is a funny one! The most common one is the top row in the center and we have decided when she gives you that face it is her way of saying I love you. :)
We have had some fun young women activities this month. We started off with a tri-ward young women and put together around 140 meals in a bag for Vine Maple Place and ended with some painting. I was impressed they put together that many in about 40 minutes. I had a movie night at my house just for fun on a Friday. We did a yoga night and we started our big fundraiser for the year.
Then we woke up to snow one day! It is a rare sight on this side of the state in March and I was not happy about it but these two sure were. McCall came in my room 10 times in 10 minutes to tell me to come look at the snow. The girls had the day off from school already which was nice so we won't have to make it up. As soon as I got up, I thought I'm going to lean into my girl's excitement and I took them out in the snow even though they both still had their pjs on. They loved it and I loved seeing their excitement. McCall kept calling her shoe prints in the snow "paw prints" which was the cutest thing ever and they both tried to catch snowflakes on their tongues. It was a few moments of pure magic and soaking up all their childhood magic was worth it.

Then we got ready for the day and waited for Nate to get home from work so we could go to the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP). I had gotten free tickets through the library and Paige was excited for this outing. The two younger ones were fans but did the best they could for them.
This room was probably the favorite for them all- getting to jam on guitars, pianos, and drums.
Hello Seattle!
As soon as we got home, we had some dinner and these two were back at it. They got their snow clothes on this time and had a grand time in the back yard.
St. Patrick's day was filled with green and fun. We had green pancakes for breakfast and Baylor was on the hunt to pinch anything and anyone that wasn't green or wearing green. We had green Jell-O and asparagus to add green to our dinner and some delicious Lucky Charm treats for dessert.
We had an interesting combined activity for the month and learned all about fingerprinting from a forensic scientists that lives in our stake. The youth even got to check for fingerprints and learned quite a bit about this field of study.
And then we have this one that also makes some of the best faces!
Now onto a fun end to our month!
