March

Here is just a quick post of some of the things that have been happening in March.

We are in full swing of spring. We have days that are gorgeous that make us excited for summer and then we have the rainy days wishing for winter to go away. On one of those beautiful day I put Baylor in the front pack and walked around at the park. It was so nice to get out and go on a walk and Baylor slept through most of it.
Margaret had gotten some balloons from the dollar store and one morning Paige asked me to tie a sock to the end of it to see if it would float. It didn't since the sock was too heavy but it gave me an idea for a little science experiment that Paige could do. While she was at school I found a few little items that she could tie to the end of the balloon to see if they would float. I made up a paper and she first had to guess and then see if she was right.
 Testing her guesses.
The results. She had fun doing this little experiment and it makes me want to do some more random science experiments with her this summer when she is home more.
Here's just a random picture of the cuteness that I get to look at every day.
Nate's parents left on their mission on the 16th. I wanted them to see Baylor get her first bath in the kitchen sink. She isn't quite big enough to enjoy it and sit up on her own. But it was cute to see all her rolls as she played in the water and attempted to sit up in the sink.
We got this picture before they left. It is such a good picture and we will all miss them so much. They have been such a huge part of Paige's life since we lived with them for most of her life. She has such an amazing relationship with them and has told them to not leave for the past few months. A couple of days before they left Paige went shopping with Margaret and it was raining and Paige told Margaret that it was raining because the sky was sad that they were leaving. It will be lonely without them and we will miss them so much! It's going to be a long year but they will be amazing missionaries and will be loved wherever they go.
Paige loves the holiday and was excited for Saint Patrick's day. We all had to make sure we were green so we didn't get pinched and she loved helping me with dinner. She decorated the table all by herself- clover place mat, green ribbons tied to our chairs, and a green centerpiece.
This past Saturday we had a ward Easter potluck breakfast and also a Easter egg hunt. Paige decorated her bag so cute and drew the cutest bunny giving her an Easter egg. She loved hunting for eggs and it was cute as she went through each egg and would shake it before opening it.
We are excited for Easter and the next adventures that await us.
