We had a wonderful Easter! It was filled with sunshine, family, and fun... nothing really beats that!
Everyone was excited to find their Easter baskets in the morning. Baylor told me that Easter is now her favorite holiday because she likes that the baskets are hidden. "It's like hide and seek!"
Then we got all dressed up for church and I was able to find matching dresses this year for the girls! We were all pretty in pink and so of course we had a photo shoot after church. McCall was not having it and was either in tears or running away the entire time, but we got some really cute pictures of Paige and Baylor.
After her nap, we tried again and Nate was able to get some cute ones of this busy little girl even with her post nap hair.
How did I get so lucky?!?!
I can't believe they are mine forever! I'm so grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ and that I get to be with this sweet family of mine for eternity.
Some outdoor fun in the afternoon in the backyard. We are loving being outside more and more.
Ready, Set, JUMP! (Watching McCall attempt to jump is quite possibly the cutest thing ever!)
We had a wonderful Easter dinner with Nona and Pops and then we all went on our annual trillium walk.
Then back to Nona and Pop's for dessert and to try out their new firepit.
We then had our own little Easter egg hunt in the backyard before bed. Nate even surprised the girls and had money in some of the eggs and at the end of the night Baylor exclaimed, "Best mom and dad ever!" It was so cute and melted my heart! Kids and holidays are truly the best!
It was such a beautiful day celebrating our Savior's Resurrection and what a better way to spend it than with family.
