Letter F

We took a week off from preschool since Paige had her mid-winter break off from school. Last week we started back up and did the letter F.

Monday started off with letter f tracing.
Then Baylor created a frog puppet out of a brown paper bag. First she colored the bag green. I drew the different pieces and then she cut them out. Next I helped her assemble the different pieces and she added the eyes. It turned out pretty cute!
Tuesday was our fish day. She first started out by using celery to paint the scales on a fish.
Then she went "fishing" for little fish that had pictures of different things that start with the letter f. She loved this activity and did it multiple times throughout the day.
Wednesday she made a fancy, feather fan. She packed on the pom poms and she loved how pretty it turned out.
Thursday she started her day off with some finger painting. She picked out what coloring picture she wanted to do and then had fun dipping her fingers in the paint to color her picture.
Then she created the cutest picture of our family. She wanted us all to have cat ears and she wanted to be holding the baby. I love it when she draws people!
Since we talked about the letter f all week and we did our fishing activity, she remembered that we have this fishing game and wanted to play it a few times. It was a great way to end our letter f week!.
