Paige was very excited for the letter P and when I told her the letter of the week she was telling me all sorts of words that started with P. Here is what we did for our P week:
She made a paper plate pizza.
Then Anna and her kids came over to play one day and she knew it was our P week and she brought over pizza so we had a pizza party. It was so thoughtful of her to think of us and Paige loved making her own pizza and playing with her cousins.
Another craft she did was pom-pom painting.
Her masterpiece.
Another craft was popcorn.
And she loved making a princess and making her pretty and sparkly.
Then another day she painted a peacock.
And we ended our week with a pretty portrait of Paige and Papa. They are feeding the ducks and she wrote the names and clap since she recently learned how to write the word so she writes it often and then she also likes to write I LYU (I love you).
We also got lots of P books from the library to read. All sorts of princess books for Paige.
She first saw the penguin and pumpkin book and was excited to get it since it started with P and the Spot book she got because puppy starts with P. Then we went to the princess section and got all the rest of the Princess books.
Throughout the week we also ate pancakes, peaches, and pears. We loved P week!
