I had fun putting together Paige's birthday. While she was taking a nap I set up streaming and it was so cute when she saw them for the first time. She pointed at them and was in awe. For dinner most of my family was there plus Grandma and Grandpa Walker. I made a dinner full of foods Paige could eat and enjoy- homemade chicken noodle soup, homemade rolls, strawberries and bananas, and salad.
After dinner we sang to Paige and had birthday cake. We were trying to get her to blow out the candle and Erika ended up blowing it out for her. We told her for her next birthday that Paige would get to blow out her candles for her.
Paige poked at her cake a little but the only way she would eat it is if I cut up pieces for her to put in her mouth. She enjoyed it but definitely didn't want to get too messy.
Then she opened presents- She was spoiled and enjoyed ripping up the paper and has had lots of fun with her new toys and gifts. Thank you to everyone who got her something! It was a wonderful first birthday!
