Saturday of Labor Day weekend we headed to Cougar Mountain Zoo. We went with Dale and Margaret and Mike and Christy and their family. It is a fun, small zoo to go and see and Paige was very observant to all the animals.
Paige really liked watching the cougars walk back and forth.
There was a small room that had stuffed animals. It was cool to see all of them and Paige would reach and grab for all of them. We weren't suppose to touch any of them but we let her pet a few of them.
There was lots of statues for Paige to "ride".
Some llamas to feed. This one had such a lovely smile that I had to get a picture of it.
This guy was showing off for us.
The lemurs were entertaining especially when they all started making noise at the same time which scared everyone.
There were lots of parrots to look at and one even talked to us.
Then we went to the root beer store and ate some lunch and then headed to this fun little farm where we got to see some farm animals and there was a short hike through the forest.
This pig was huge!
This cat made me want to have one of my own. He was so nice and Nate put Paige on the ground and he laid right next to her.
