Letters S-W

Last full week of preschool! McCall has learned and progressed so much over this school year. These preschool lessons for very simple but she has impressed me with her growth. I loved the intentional one on one time with her!

Monday was the letter S for Socks. She did a cute sock craft where she colored and decorated her own socks.
Then we each put some socks on and slid around on our hard floors.
Tuesday was T for Train. She did this fun train craft. She cut out the squares and drew the windows.
Then we did a train counting worksheet.
And last she played with our train Lego set.
Wednesday was U for Utensils. First, I got a bowl of pom poms, and she used a plastic fork, spoon, and knife to try and move the pom poms from one bowl to the other.
Then she painted with the utensils to create a beautiful art piece.
Thursday was V for Violin. She helped cut out some of the pieces and glued it all together.
Then she did a violin color matching worksheet. Then I cut out the violins, and she made a fun card for give to Paige in the evening for her orchestra concert where she got to watch Paige play her violin.
Friday was W for Waterfall. She cut out littles pieces of blue paper for the water to fall down and then used cotton balls for the bottom where it looks white from the water hitting the bottom. For our second activity we just looked at pictures from our spring break where we saw so many waterfalls.

Letters O-R

McCall is continuing to love preschool and asks every morning once we get the girls to school if it is time to do preschool. We are getting so close to being done for the school year!

We didn't do preschool on Monday since it was Memorial Day. So, Tuesday was O for Oatmeal. First, she created this letter O with Oatmeal.
Then we made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies to enjoy.
Wednesday was P for Police. First, she cut and colored her own police badge.
Then she did this fun police car puzzle that had numbers to help her but also for her to practice counting.
Thursday was Q for Quesadilla. She cut and colored with paper to show what you need to make a quesadilla.
Then we made a quesadilla to enjoy for a snack.
Friday was R for Ruler. I had printed a ruler off and we worked together where I would box around once inch at a time with a color and then she would color it in.
Then we got different things from around the house for her to measure with the ruler that she colored. It was great counting practice!
Another fun week!
